No kidding, 6 months ago if we had been told we would be getting a 1.6 million settlement so quickly from a big name everyone would have been ecstatic. Now without any knowledge of strategy, return on cross licensing etc. the negative Nellie's who insist on facts are leading the parade on how horrible the company is, and how terrible their record is...ignore all the facts we do know and start assuming facts out of thin air...amazing.
