Nice post Frank and thanks for sharing your conversation with RP.

Only one question, why do you give a rat's azz regarding LL or wolfy's negative opinions regarding your point of view? (no response required)

What amazes me is that this is a very early settlement #1 that was unexpected and doubted just a few months back by some that you note, and that, based on just this settlement alone.

"Operating income for Q2 2009 was $400,000 compared to an operating loss of $91,000 in the prior year’s Q2. The $491,000 improvement in operating income was attributable to the patent license revenue recorded in the second fiscal quarter."
