"Negative is in the eye of the beholder..." "Here, people get offended and defensive when someone offers an alternative view..."

It's true, "everything" is in the eye of the beholder, sometimes there is a mistaken perception, sometimes the perception is accurate. Regarding people getting offended and defensive when someone offers an alternative view I have a question. Recently we had a poster who was banned, do you think that was because of something that individual did or because they were offering an alternative view?
