You aren't making sense. Not good for a Marine....with an 8 handicap.

Cash may talk for another settlement or so but sooner or later a big boy will have to pay up.

DM/EDig are not going to cut their noses off just to get a "few bucks" in the till and do that on a consistent basis, especially if they have a case.

What is your conception of "waiting out" more companies later on?
