e.Digital does not have IP for physical memory make up.
e.Digital has IP for digital logical processes.
They set the states of floating gate transistors for a collective result.
The specialized gated transistors(cells), trap an electrical charge and hold the charge, when the electrical source is eventually disconnected.
e.Digital sets the state of charge(on or off) in creating a digital signature, that when the power source is removed, their signature stays in effect.
I'm still disappointed with the LG results....lol
