1. It would be great to know what did the AMPX law suit claim?

(a) The nature and extent of the Infringment claimed by AMPEX?; (b) How many pateents were involved; (b) who were the attornyes for APMX, ETC....

The list of infringers looks like that of EDIG list of the ones sued thus far...

Knowing the above would give a perspective for what is the least EDIG can expect from those sued so far, plus 174 more identified and not sued as yet...
