First, Bill I really pray that your son recovers well, and it sounds like he will completely recover. I had a serious injury as a young boy and almost lost the use of my left arm. I went on to become a pretty damn good athlete, and succeeded very well in those endeavors. Not about me, but just an example of how kids can recover and adapt. Kind of makes them stronger! We have not conversed much in the last couple of years, but I still consider you a friend and wish you and your family well.

Also, Bill and Kurt, I am agreeing with both of you and have been through that P company experience myself and it is painful.
