interdigital - 700mln. hmmm

so, in 08 and we arn't considered MAJOR, with our certain aspects of fundimental flash...

What about tha inherent perceived future value of where handheld/flash are going; cause da graphite-n flicker flash aint here yet.

''The decline in both the average and

cumulative patent value was aided, in part,

by a willingness to re-examine, if not

rationalise, the economics of patent value –

not just the costs/benefits of litigation, but

the true contribution to economic value

creation.''

nice dd, that's the second one; u tamper and poop on my already recessed sentiment righ now.

''not that the value is always positive!'' but it helps,

if the licencing deals create more-n-better contibutions, to further expand economic value to us and all.
