You let the dregs of society use your laziness about DD to define your investment in this company. Frankly that naivete does not bode well for any investment.

NYSE and NASDAQ stocks come under forces far larger than Basso. I can post hundreds of examples of just the stocks I follow.Yet you get your panties in a bunch because one of the dregs, though twisted, but still appears to be somewhat intelligent, posts information that is public knowledge and information the company would have clarified for you if YOU had communicated with them? Come on now.
