MyBlackberry 8330 has built-in memory and a MicroSDHC slot. The MicroSDHC slot is located under the Battery. In order to get to the removable memory module, you have to remove the battery. So, it would be impossible to remove the memory module while the device was running because the battery has to be removed first.

But, if you could somehow use an external battery power source for testing purposes, you could remove the module while the audio was playing. Then, you could prove or disprove the test.
