This is good news indeed...

By the tone of the STIPULATION it is clear that this not going to be a run of the mill "Mediation" to comply with the Court Rules that parties did mediate...

Ordinarily, this part is readily complied with by the parties doing it before a "RENT A JUDGE" otherwise called JAMS ( usually a group of retired judges who charge by the hour and twist parties arms to "settle", and if the parties don't agree they can appeal the case to the Court and ask for trial of it.)

This one is set before Judge NUFFER, who is a Law and Motion Judge with the Court, and he has ordered the parties, who have the needed "AUTHORITY" to write the checks, to be present.

Thus, this is portentious of the parties seriousness of disposing of this case before it goes to trial early next year...
