Yes it does......I read into a a bit differently than you do.

We are recognized to be held harmless in the deal. It still remains to be seen what is involved in the X-licensing. In the LG deal, X licensing involved future monetary value yet unknown, even though it pointed to LG tech only.

IMO, we're not giving for free in the X-licensing agreement.
