e-digital knows whats in the evue

They do not infringe on Casio's IP

This is why they say ANY in the current evue.

They don't say any future use or future evue like they did with LG

With LG they said cross licensing in a different way which means LG brought something to the table that E-digital wanted access too.

Casio in my opinion did not bring anything existing or new that e-digital wanted and the cross licensing reference is for safety reasons and the BIG reason is a saving FACE reason for CASIO.

Based on this I believe this one is for bigger $$$$$$$'s
