You have a good point there about corss-manufacturing agreements...

Remembering that EDIG is NOT the new kid on the block, and a good number of the "Infringers", (Like Samsung, Sanyo, Fujitsu, Sony, MayCam, etc.) have a track record of having "Dealings" with EDIG in the past, the concept of "cross-manufacturing" and "cross marketing" products together is quite logical...

After all this is what EDIG has been after all along....

BUT, it complicates the "agreement" with DM...

I highly doubt that DM would want to get 40% of any fees EDIG receives from such cross-manufacturing agreements on an on going basis. I am not saying it is impossible to resolve the complications, but it does render it less likely...
