LL, not quite sure what you're asking. In suit #2 (Nikon, Olympus, Sanyo, Samsung and Avid), Doc 115 shows all Parties have asked for an extension of time to submit a protective order. Doc 116 shows the Court granting the request with a deadline of 22 Dec 08. Doc 117 filed today, has all Parties asking for mediation by the Hon. Harlan Martin.
