Matthew S. Yungwirth practices in the areas of intellectual property and commercial litigation with an emphasis on patents, trademarks, and unfair competition. Mr. Yungwirth has represented clients in a diverse range of intellectual property matters, including patent litigation involving digital watermarking technology, voice over internet protocol technology, wireless LAN technology, digital audio recording technology and digital cable set-top receivers; unfair competition and deceptive trade practices litigation involving metallurgical casting technology; and various trademark litigation matters.
Mr. Yungwirth is a 2000 cum laude graduate of the University of Georgia School of Law and a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology (B.S., Civ. Eng.). Admitted to practice in Georgia, he is a member of the Intellectual Property Law Sections of the American, Georgia and Atlanta bar associations.
