Thats the way I read this as well. Where are the lawyer types when we need them? LOL ... It sounds like all parties have agreed to mediation. Thats an awful lot like saying settlement negotiations among the remaining infringers has been agreed to. I didn't note a date but the Judge has been selected. Unless I'm mistaken this seems like a really big deal!
