IMO - Under the 774 grandfauther patent we're pursuing it needs to be handheld and/or portable to fall within our claims.

Now when-n-if we leave a few companies to go after for the internal 'editing' atribs one day then it may come into play, but IMO all five patents were associated to the Flashback Voice Recorder and may restrict everything to handhelds; now, that would possibly include the handheld diognostic devices used to tweak/repair these autos very possibly.

Which begs the question per fugitsu10 and others with SD-slots- is a removable car stero considered portable... imo it is, the ones that pop-in/out. We know they deal with audio!, but they don't carry their own power source and function completely when not installed.
