There is a file write and deletion of content to the encrypted hard disk....pushed into an automated mode through the authenticator...which is time sensitive....there is no read to the HDD from the out side loading source.

There are other options of set up allowing different degrees of access.

How are they making the read an write under secure conditions to the encrypted HDD ? How is this encryption managed as a distinct function of the player?

Every devices has a separate bios set...how are they all managed and pulled together ?

It aint Linux....
