There is an ORDER by the Judge compelling the parties to attend the MANDATORY SETTLEMENT CONFERENCE, schduled for 12/11 for the whole day, prepared and to bring their check books...

The Judge not only ORDERS the lawyers to meet and confer, he also specifies they are to do it by 4 p.m. today so as they can cover all basis, like going back to their Boards to get the approval needed to execute on any agreements by Thursday...

"Counsel shall meet and confer and by 4:00 pm, Tuesday"...

This is looking good that BOW will fade away by end of this week...
