I'm not so certain that "sticking it to BOW" is the motivation. Maybe. If revenge is a dish best served cold, this case is ice cold.
As Tril, LL, jefother, SS, and others have pointed out, EDIG may be best served by getting this Wencor mess behind us and moving on to more positive IP deals. If it cost us a patent license, that's OK by me. Wencor gets what they may have wanted all along and EDIG gets to move forward with existing eVU customers. Let the market be the judge. IMO, EDIG wins in the end as I believe the eVU is a better positioned product in the IFE space.
