That is the reality these settlements will never be published publicly ever, the reason is the confidentiality clause that is associated with them.

The only and only time these settlements gets published is only if it hit the courts and the Jury decides the settelemnt amount.

Either way we just cannot complain as in both scenarios we increse our cash position.
