In my last conversation about the "rotund one" and what the situation of the legalities was, RP stated, (and before the Nattering Nabobs of Negativity (NNN's) start on RP just remember quite a few "FACTS" he has given us the last few months are NOW PROVEN) he told me his lawyers felt they had all the cards on their side of the table and he did not know why this whole mess was continuing. He said EDig "HAD NO REASON TO GIVE ANYTHING UP" and would prevail at trial. He was quite confident about that, he just wanted it ended for the financial reasons legalities cost.

I certainly don't think EDig is going into this mediation "hat in hand", just the opposite, dealing from strength.......the fact that a mediation IS taking place should be all you "DOUBTING THOMASES" out there need to assuage your concerns.....Wasn't it BOW who adamantly refused mediation after many, many proposals of doing so from EDig were tendered?

Mediation is now happening for many of the reason already posted here......What changed the "rotund ones" mind?????

And you NNN's I just want you to start questioning RP now with a straight face.
