The processes are normally stand alone issues, for the audio and video. Separate files are stored in a basket file, such as .avi. Remember that issue as it related to the DigEcor DRM agreement? The files are stored separate and homogeneous and brought together.

That aside...we apparently have a case regarding audio, however,
If a video process is generated from a flash directly, NAND in particular, and you remove a modular unit where the file(files) stop execution, do we have a case against this video process?
IMO, not straight out like the audio, IMO, we would need some form of ruling pushing us into video for a consideration of infringement involving the initial patents....Keep in mind, there is an audio in this video process being executed....might we have a case regarding the audio when the flash is removed stopping its execution, no matter what the signal order is between the two?
