Not a long time by EDIG-land standards...still expecting a year end rally based on recent court documents....but then maybe Willie and company will hold back and elect to start '09 with a bang.

Anybody on pins and needles with respect to the pipeline getting filled?

From filing we only have about 6 months 'til the first settlement surfaces, if history is any indicator...meaning June for the next round of settlements to begin if they file soon.

Oh gosh, maybe I'm not scurtinizing things properly...maybe we'll have to wait until 2010 before we hear anything, or was that 2005?

This is a snowball, so it appears, with a long winter ahead, times 200.

Granted Polis has a few years to exercise his options but it is certainly worth watching to see what he elects to do.
