Furthermore, your analysis that "BOW knew that the digEplayer was powered by our technology when they bought APS from Boyer." if proven, (like digging up a copy of digEcor PR you mention in your post, submitting a copy in evidence), will entitle EDIG to recover all its costs for defending a frivolous law suit filed by BOW, in addition to any other damages recoverable for infringing on EDIG patents...
