ABSOLUTELY.......It takes two sides to settle......If EDig caved a settlement would have been reached......Obviously........EDig did not cave as I am sure BOW was anticipating.......

In spite of the NNN'S musing on the "dark side" it does seem to me a rather positive event for EDig....

They stuck to their guns and BOW is still in the same position he was in prior to "HIS" ACCEPTING THIS MEDIATION.

Even with the tremendous pressure felt by EDig to "get this over with" the terms for a settlement put forth by BOW were unacceptable and refused by EDig.

This says to me that EDig is operating from a position of strength. If it were weakness a settlement would be signed, sealed and delivered.
