I think it is their intention to include the NIKON settlement this quarter, making it two deals for fiscal Q3 and then land the rest in fiscal Q4.

Therefore they should be announcing more suits soon to keep the pipeline full.

That would make give us a 6 months window to June and beyond for the next round of infringers to send us their checks.
