Oh, I bet there are a few Jenna "documentaries" around this board -- for DD only, of course.

It is good to see another deal about to happen. IMO, the next Q report could put EDIG in black ink if these settlements are all greater than $1M as I expect. I won't guess at the total as I would just be pulling a number out of my, uh, ear.

With a ~$250K per month burn rate, EDIG is in great shape. The only down side for their cash is Wencor and that may be closer to an end as well -- the worst that happens is a trial in Feb and that will, at a minimum, end the mess.

The only prediction I can make with any real certainty is that 2009 will be a good year for EDIG -- it's just How Good??
