Kirk, yes I know. I meant since DM is handling all our legal costs on our IP cases and their fee is clearly labeled as 'Cost of Revenue: Patent License' ($561,326), then DM isn't part of the $124K entry.
The 3Q legal fees paid to Ryan Bell and Samuel Straight for the digEcor case have to be accounted for somewhere in the Form 10Q. I thought it may be the $124K but wanted another opinion.
