I'm guessing the following are very strong contenders for the next 10+ to be filed.

Canon, Kodak, Minolta, Pentax, HP, Panasonic, Sony, Konica, Toshiba, Fujifilm,

JVC, Ricoli, Polaroid

If the initial 8 settle or we get a favorable Markman ruling, then we should see a high probability of settlements of the above manufacturers.

And then followed by Printer and/or Cell Phone manufacturers incorporating flash memory.

Chip makers, Intel, AMD, Texas Instruments, etc. will fall into the second phase and will be much more difficult to win and many may end up in trial.
