I asked RP if we were still actively trying to reach a settlement in the digEcor case despite the settlement conference result. He replied,

While we strongly believe we will continue to prevail in Federal Court,
we have been, and will continue to be, willing to settle if the terms
are mutually agreeable. Thank you for your understanding and continued
support.
