Given recent settlements & cross-licensing agreements, is it possible that Edig is going to use those cross-licensing agreements to create new products? Does the company already have something under development (research) that would need some of the software from the aforementioned agreements to complete the construction of a new line of products which would give us revenue into the future? Could that be why certain companies were chosen for patent infringement suits? Could that be the reason for the "small" settlement packages just so Edig could obtain legal use of some other company's patent rights? Am I completely out in "left field" or is this a possibility?
