Thanks. I've already learned quite a bit by the links provided here, too. When you get past the wherefores, whereas's and such, it's still a question as to who comes out ahead in the X-licensing settlements. It's a legitimate concern in our specific case and can't be determined by legal definitions and generalities. It doesn't keep me awake at night, though. :>)
