About 6 weeks until EDIG's 10Q is released and then we'll know what Casio had to pay in settlement fees. However, if EDIG also received the Nikon money before 31 Dec 08, we won't be able to tell exactly how much each infringer individually paid. The last 10Q simply had the LG Electronics money listed as "Patent License". I doubt they did because Nikon and EDIG still haven't filed their formal request for Nikon's dismissal from the case and have until 28 Feb 09 to do so. The Nikon money will most likely be reported in this quarters 10Q.
