They should, at minimum, be put out of business if they can't anti-up.
There are lots of companies out there utilizing flash for data gathering, retrieval, replay....etc. If it's considered they are infringing....I see nothing wrong with on going licensing no matter how small.
The more the merrier, I want to see the proliferation of e.Digitals tech through lots of companies big and small.
