I’ve been reviewing the digEcor documents that silversurfer has downloaded...

From Doc 296 (12/01/08):

11. Hearings on: (1) digEcor’s Third Motion for Partial Summary Judgment (dkt 217); (2) e.Digital’s Motion for Partial Summary Judgment (dkt 214); and (3) digEcor’s three motions to strike (dkt 236, 257, & 272)

The date for the above hearings was left blank but positioned on the schedule such that they might occur yet this month. I didn’t see any other documents definitively stating when the hearings were to occur, but it seems like a favorable outcome on these should lead to an early settlement or eliminate a lot of potential uncertainty at trial later in the year. I think silversurfer might have mentioned before, but this should be THE event to watch for (hopefully this month) in regards to digEcor.
