I have to agree with you regarding the dedication and effort to support this investment on so many varying levels by so many.

I'd like to see a lot more green thumbs up across the board to symbolize that level of committment by so many.

Everything is falling into place and a new level of enthusiasm is appropriate. Heck, anyone can get excited after the fact. There is nothing better than having recognized an opportunity well in advance, acting on it and then benefitting accordingly.
