It's worth what anyone is willing to pay for it at any given time. Is it a good value at those levels? Not necessarily.
What was your house worth 2 years ago compared to today?
Will we see $21 again? I doubt it but it certainly is a possibility...all depends on settlement numbers, projections and press accounts...remember the Jenna factor and the TIME magazine EDIG mention? Who woulda thunk that when first buying it at a dime?
