We all wondered what was taking so long for DM to file the first time, then again to file the second time. Why should this time be any different?

We aren't privy to the reasons why things aren't happening faster than they are. I've gotten used to it.

On the other hand, did you think a year ago that we'd have 3 settlements by now? Not that it's helped the share price I know, but even still... that's a real accomplishment.

Perhaps I'll start to worry if we're still at a dime on 6/30. Until then, no sweat.
