I posted this infomation several months ago after I had e-mailed RP asking for clarification as to where our patents were applicable.

The Flash-R™ patent portfolio grants e.Digital the right to exclude others from making, using, offering for sale, selling or importing the products or services granted by those claims in the U.S. Simply put, products made or sold in the U.S. are covered; products made in the U.S. and sold overseas are covered, and; products made overseas and sold into the U.S. are covered. Products made overseas and sold overseas are not covered.

Hope this clears up the mystery again.
