I think we need to manage our expectations a little better...this ain't rocket science here people. I am 100% certain [in my mind] the recent PR has NOTHING to do with digEcor. I am 99.9% sure it is Nikon for obvious reasons.

• The first settler was unnamed in the PR but found to be LG in PACER docs.

• The second settler was named in the PR as Casio, and also in the PACER docs. I have no idea why Casio agreed to be named but am glad they were.

• The third settler is unnamed in the PR, however 22 days prior, a PACER doc named Nikon as agreeing to settle. If I'm right and it is Nikon, we should see a motion in 1-3 weeks to formally dismiss Nikon from the lawsuit, just as we did with Casio.
