No...

DM already thought about this...

Reseach DM site and see how many clients they had at the time they signed the retainer agreement with EDIG that are still on going cases with DM. Only those would present a conflict of interest. And DM can't sign up any NEW clients, (NEW after the signing of agreement with EDIG), who may present any conflicts in the future...And that number is not going to be that significant to affect the 184+ number identified by Nanully...
