I'd say the odds greatly favor that outcome considering the documentation via the pacer filings.

However, I really don't care who it is, but rather I am thrilled that#3 is now officially in the bag....another DONE DEAL by EDIG and DM.

Looks like a new record year in revenues is at hand....a very real possibility...for those that wanted sustainable number, it appears the plan is working.

Can they wrap up all 7 by the end of March? Will they announce the next round of infringers this quarter too?

We are getting a business update soon and they could very well be saving the numbers for the settlement for that...or at least some guidance for the year end numbers....and then we will also see the next generation eVU SYSTEM.
