The audio patent is unique as when it was made, I just dont think the video part was anticipated at that point, that a device like the IPOD for instance would be used for Video, or a cell phone for video clips, but as Doni stated, the file type is irrelevant in my opinion, its the portable transfer of any data type on EDIG's OS...

I do believe though, and Doni keep me honest, that we will need a trial or Markman ruling to authenticate this...I cant see Nunally not pursuing this avenue as well...

Of course, my specialty is LAN and WAN networking...not Data architecture so I will leave it to Doni to verify this...
