2-3 a month would take 5 years with what has been said about the size of the future settlement increasing then lets say we get an average of 36 a year at 3 mil each we are at the 100 mill anually revenue.I really feel that tier 2 will bring a lot more that 3 million per settlment Just my opinion and gut feeling

In reality DM would probably like to see as many as possible.....The sooner they collect thier money the better off they are.....Just a thought
