I think both sides are right...the two year model is perfect...and then I would love to keep 25% of my shares and get dividends from them...

One number I did want to discuss with you was the 100 million dollar figure...we will have fun over the next few months as these numbers will change drastically...

If Apple settles, I would imagine that since they are the most direct infringement you can have (IMO), that EDIG and DM should have a record settlement of hundreds of millions...
