I accept your apology. You should note, however, many of the posts on this board are both repetitious and conjecture, as they are on most boards. That's not a put-down...it's a fact. When there's nothing new to report that's all you have, unless someone livens up the dialogue with something different. Apparently I did...at least as far as you and your champion. :>) It wasn't deliberate on my part but you know what they say about unintended consequences.

Regarding EDIG's patent dates, of course I could have looked it up myself but this board is full of posters who would normally be glad to respond, if only to help a poor, floundering soul. It's just another way of my of changing the subject. Composers do that as a device for recapturing the audience's attention as they're nodding off.

The people on this board are great and I appreciate everything I learn from them. My technical knowledge is a step above total illiteracy and I need all the help I can get.
