I was surprised, however, that you did not follow up a little more on the topic of what EDIG would be doing during your 10 YEAR PERIOD OF "MILIKING THE CASH COW" of the infringers...

Assuming that EDIG would not be active in expanding eVU and Mos in general throught an economy directed to "Saving" energy, etc. is not justified.

An EDIG flush with cash and tied up with giants of the electronics through cross-licensing shall be generating additional income beyond your 20-40 "settlements" per year...

Time and again they have proved their ability to deliver on "AWARD WINNING" gadgetry through use of their technology. I hardly think, they will be sitting down and crunching the numbers of how the "Settlements" should be spent. They will grow their business end of their business, while they are still collecting from thhe infringers...

This shall be a different company after the Markman Hearing. No loans, cash in the bank, great and timely technology, and a host of "customers" licensing their technology and heling expand its righful place in the electronic industry of the futre based on pervasive utilization of FLASH...
