A very good point, and also, that that partner basically controls the settlements. We do not have that here. Our partner is working for "free", AND will receive 40% in most instances. A really good approach to legal costs, A MUCH better scenario, I.M.O. ONLY! Thanks, and thanks for all of your postings!
